Sustainability at OTAP PROJECTS

1. Many of our consultants and staff are working remotely, which reduces emissions by going to the client site and it’s good for the environment.

2. At the office, we aim for 0 (zero) paper, documents are signed electronically and all the documents are shared online, printing kept to a minimum in order to preserve trees.

3. OTAP actively recycles paper, printer cartridges, batteries, office furniture, old computer hardware and other office supplies.

4. Our staff and consultants use public transportation as much as possible to avoid using cars and reduce pollution.

5. We use LED lighting in our office for low-energy computing.

6. We are currently using a euro 6 low emissions vehicle and aim to convert to 100% electric cars by 2030.

7. We regularly donate to the following charities: Handicap International, SOS Faim Luxembourg, Foundation Follerau.

8. OTAP works with micro credit organizations in Africa, which promotes financial inclusion.

9. OTAP hires staff in economically disadvantaged areas such as the Philippines in Mindanao.

10. OTAP don’t discriminate in terms of age, Our staff range from 22 to 62 years old.

11. OTAP allows flexible work arrangements to achieve better work and home life balance.
